Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4787

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said one day: "The gates of the heaven are opened on the first night of the month of Ramadan, and they are not closed until its last night."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir. Its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Marwan al-Suddi, who is da'if (weak).
