Majma al-Zawaid 4420 — When does zakah become due?

Sayyidah Umm Sa'd al-Ansariyyah (may Allah be pleased with her), the wife of Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him), narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Zakah is not due on a person who has acquired wealth until a year has passed over it."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains Anbasah bin Abd al-Rahman, and he is da'if (weak).
