Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4373

Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Hudhayfah bin al-Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) narrate: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not collect zakah on horses and slaves.
Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abu Bakr bin Abi Maryam, who is da'if (weak) because he suffered from ikhtilat (deterioration of memory).
