عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَّهُ نَهَى أَنْ يَتْبَعَ الْمَيِّتَ صَوْتٌ أَوْ نَارٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُحَرَّرِ ; وَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَنْ ذَكَرَهُ .

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reports about the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he forbade that a sound or fire should accompany the deceased.
