Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4064

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever dies in the morning should spend the midday in his grave, and whoever dies in the evening should spend the night only in his grave (that is, he should be buried quickly)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains a narrator, al-Hakam bin Zuhayr, and he is matruk (abandoned).
