وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى : إِذَا قَبَضْتُ كَرِيمَةَ عَبْدِي وَهُوَ بِهَا ضَنِينٌ فَحَمِدَنِي عَلَى ذَلِكَ لَمْ أَرْضَ لَهُ ثَوَابًا دُونَ الْجَنَّةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ السَّفْرُ بْنُ نُسَيْرٍ ذَكَرُهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ فِي الثِّقَاتِ وَضَعَّفَهُ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ السَّفْرُ بْنُ نُسَيْرٍ ذَكَرُهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ فِي الثِّقَاتِ وَضَعَّفَهُ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ .
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Your Lord says: 'When I take the sight of My servant while he cherishes that sight, and still he praises Me for that, I will not be pleased with any reward for him less than Paradise.'"
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Kabir. Its chain contains a narrator, al-Safr bin Nusayr. Ibn Hibban mentioned him in his book al-Thiqat, and al-Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) declared him da'if (weak).
