وَعَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعَمٍ قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَادَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْعَاصِ ، فَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يُكَمِّدُهُ بِخِرْقَةٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دَابٍّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) visit Sa'id bin al-As, and I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) applying a warm compress to him with a piece of cloth.
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains Muhammad bin Dab, who is da'if (weak).
