Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3759

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Visit the sick, and instruct them to supplicate for you, for the supplication of the sick person is answered, and his sin is forgiven."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Abd al-Rahman bin Qays al-Umari, who is matruk al-hadith (abandoned in hadith).
