Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3684

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! I am about to set out for Bahrain on a trading journey." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Pray two rak'ahs."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators have been declared trustworthy.
