بَابُ صَلَاةِ سَيِّدِنَا رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - .

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ : وَجَدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - شَيْئًا فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ قِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَثَرَ الْوَجَعِ عَلَيْكَ بَيِّنٌ قَالَ : " إِنِّي عَلَى مَا تَرَوْنَ قَدْ قَرَأَتُ الْبَارِحَةَ السَّبْعَ الطِّوَالَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) felt something (i.e. an ailment). When morning came, it was said: "O Messenger of Allah! The signs of ill health are visible on you." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Even in this state that you see, last night I recited the seven long surahs."
Abu Ya'la recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
