Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3534

Abu Mu'aniq al-Ash'ari reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "In Paradise there are chambers whose outside can be seen from the inside and whose inside can be seen from the outside. Allah Almighty has prepared them for the one who feeds others, fasts constantly, and prays at night while people are asleep."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except that Abu Mu'aniq does not have the honour of being a Companion. Ibn Hibban mentioned him among the trustworthy Tabi'in, and al-Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about him and said: He is majhul (unknown), worth nothing.
