وَلَهُ عِنْدَهُ فِي رِوَايَةٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَنْ أَهَانَ لِي وَلِيًّا فَقَدْ بَارَزَنِي بِالْعَدَاوَةِ ، ابْنَ آدَمَ لَنْ تُدْرِكَ مَا عِنْدِي إِلَّا بِأَدَاءِ مَا افْتَرَضْتُ عَلَيْكَ وَلَا يَزَالُ عَبْدِي يَتَحَبَّبُ إِلَيَّ بِالنَّوَافِلِ حَتَّى أُحِبَّهُ " فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ .
وَفِي الطَّرِيقَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ يَزِيدَ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
وَفِي الطَّرِيقَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ يَزِيدَ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
From the same Companion it is mentioned in one narration that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever insults a friend (wali) of Mine has openly declared enmity against Me. O son of Adam, you will not attain what is with Me except by fulfilling what I have made obligatory upon you, and My servant keeps striving to gain My love through voluntary deeds until I love him." Then the narrator mentioned the narration as before. The chains of both narrations contain Ali bin Yazid, who is da'if (weak).
