Majma al-Zawaid 3395 — A comprehensive chapter on what is prayed

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) says: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to offer two rak'ahs after every prayer, except the morning prayer, in which he did not do so; he (peace and blessings be upon him) would offer its two rak'ahs before the prayer.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Habib bin Hassan bin al-Ashras, about whom al-Dhahabi said: the scholars of hadith declared him da'if (weak).
