Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3358

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the sun rises between the two horns of Shaytan." The narrator said: We were forbidden from praying at the time the sun rises, at the time it sets, and at midday.
Abu Ya'la and al-Bazzar recorded it, and the narrators of both are thiqat (trustworthy).
