بَابٌ فِيمَنْ قَامَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ .
One who gets up from his place on Friday and then returns to it

عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نَشْهَدَ الْجُمُعَةَ وَلَا نَتَغَيَّبَ عَنْهَا إِذَا انْتَدَبَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ بِنُدْبَةِ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَقَامُوا فَإِنَّ أَحَدَهُمْ هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِمَقْعَدِهِ إِذَا رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ ضَعْفٌ .

Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to command us to attend the Friday prayer and not to be absent from it. And when, on Friday, the believers are called away for some need and they get up, then whichever of them returns has more right to (his) seat.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and there is weakness in its chain.
