وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ قَرَأَ السُّورَةَ الَّتِي يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا آلُ عِمْرَانَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَمَلَائِكَتُهُ حَتَّى تَغِيبَ الشَّمْسُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ وَفِيهِ طَلْحَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ الرَّقِّيُّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever recites, on the day of Friday, the surah in which the family of Imran is mentioned, Allah Almighty and His angels continue to send mercy upon that person until the sun sets."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat and al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Talhah bin Zayd al-Raqqi, who is da'if (weak).
