Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 2810

Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would command us that, when we are praying and raise our heads from prostration, we should sit on the ground with composure, and we should not sit poised on the ends of our feet.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in full in this way in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its chain is hasan (good). Al-Azdi and Ibn Hazm have spoken about some of its narrators in a way that does not amount to a disparagement.
