A man narrated: I heard Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) narrating; he said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever comes before Allah Almighty in a state in which he does not make anyone His partner, such a person will enter Paradise, and no sin along with that will harm him; just as, if he came before Allah Almighty in a state in which he made someone a partner with Him (that is, with Allah Almighty), that (person) would enter Hell, and no good deed along with that (shirk) would benefit him."
Imam Ahmad and Imam al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir recorded it. Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except that the case of the Tabi'i is different, because his name has not been stated. Imam al-Tabarani recorded it as a narration of Masruq from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him).
