عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " فَضْلُ صَلَاةِ الرَّجُلِ فِي الْجَمَاعَةِ عَلَى صَلَاتِهِ وَحْدَهُ بِضْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ دَرَجَةً " .
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " بِخَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ دَرَجَةً " .
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " كُلُّهَا مِثْلُ صَلَاتِهِ " .
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " كُلُّهَا مِثْلُ صَلَاتِهِ فِي بَيْتِهِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى وَالْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ - وَهُوَ الَّذِي قَالَ : " فِي بَيْتِهِ " فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ .
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " بِخَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ دَرَجَةً " .
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " كُلُّهَا مِثْلُ صَلَاتِهِ " .
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " كُلُّهَا مِثْلُ صَلَاتِهِ فِي بَيْتِهِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى وَالْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ - وَهُوَ الَّذِي قَالَ : " فِي بَيْتِهِ " فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A man's praying in congregation is superior to his praying alone by twenty-odd degrees." In one narration the words are: "It is superior by twenty-five degrees." In one narration the words are: "All of those degrees will be like his prayer." In one narration the words are: "Each of them will be like his praying in his own house."
Imam Ahmad, Imam Abu Ya'la, Imam al-Bazzar and Imam al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat recorded it, and it is he who recorded the words "in his own house"; he recorded these words in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. The narrators of Imam Ahmad are thiqat (trustworthy).
