Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 18662

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the Jews: "I will ask them about the soil of Paradise; it is of white flour." When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked them, they said: "O Abu al-Qasim! It is bread." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Bread is made from flour itself."
Ahmad recorded it; its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except Mujalid, and more than one (scholar) declared him trustworthy.
