عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمَّا سِيقَ إِلَيْهَا أَهْلُهَا تَلَقَّتْهُمْ فَلَفَحَتْهُمْ لَفْحَةً فَلَمْ تَدَعْ لَحْمًا عَلَى عَظْمٍ إِلَّا أَلْقَتْهُ عَلَى الْعُرْقُوبِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "When the people of Hell are driven towards it, it will come out to meet them and engulf them, until it leaves no flesh on any bone; it (the flesh of the body) will fall down by the heels."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Sulayman bin al-Asbahani, and he is da'if (weak).
