Ikrimah says: Both hands of Allah Almighty are right hands. He will fold up the heavens and hold them in one of His hands, and then He will say: "I am the King. Where are those who considered themselves mighty? Where are the arrogant?" He says: Then He will hold all the earths in His other hand and say: "I am the King. Where are those who considered themselves mighty? Where are the arrogant?" Umar bin Hamzah says: I narrated this to Salim bin Abdullah, and Salim said: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated to us that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection Allah Almighty will fold up the heavens and take them in His right hand and say: 'I am the King. Where are those who considered themselves mighty? Where are the arrogant?' Then He will fold up all the earths, take hold of them with His left hand, and then say: 'I am the King. Where are those who considered themselves mighty? Where are the arrogant?'" (Allamah Haythami says:) I say: The hadith narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) is recorded in the "Sahih" in a shorter form than this. Abu Ya'la recorded this narration, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih except for al-Hasan bin Hammad Sajjadah, who is thiqah (trustworthy).
