وَعَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " يُحْشَرُ النَّاسُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حُفَاةً عُرَاةً " . فَقَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، فَكَيْفَ يَرَى بَعْضُنَا إِلَى بَعْضٍ ؟ فَقَالَ : " شُغِلَ النَّاسُ " . قُلْتُ : مَا شَغَلَهُمْ ؟ قَالَ : " نَشْرُ الصَّحَائِفِ فِيهَا مَثَاقِيلُ الذَّرِّ ، وَمَثَاقِيلُ الْخَرْدَلِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .
Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "On the Day of Resurrection people will be raised barefoot and naked. Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I submitted: O Messenger of Allah, this is a very strange thing; people will be looking at one another! The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: People will have no attention (for others). I asked: Where will their attention be? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: On the records that will be spread open, containing things the weight of an ant and the weight of a mustard seed (that is, good or evil deeds)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat and al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Muhammad bin Musa bin Abi Ayyash, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
