بَابٌ فِي أَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ يَتَتَابَعُونَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ .

Majma al-Zawaid 17971 — Members of a household following one another
عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ قَالَ : أُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ يَتَتَابَعُونَ فِي النَّارِ حَتَّى لَا يَبْقَ مِنْهُمْ حُرٌّ ، وَلَا عَبْدٌ ، وَلَا أَمَةٌ ، وَإِنَّ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ يَتَتَابَعُونَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ حَتَّى مَا يَبْقَى مِنْهُمْ حُرٌّ ، وَلَا عَبْدٌ ، وَلَا أَمَةٌ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ كَبِيرٍ ، وَلَمْ يَنْسُبْهُ إِلَى أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْ كَبِيرًا هَذَا ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Juhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I was told that the members of a household will enter Hell one after another until not a free man, a slave or a slave-woman among them remains; and the members of a household will enter Paradise one after another until not a free man, a slave or a slave-woman among them remains.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration by way of Kabir; he did not attribute it to Sayyiduna Abu Juhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him), and I do not know this Kabir; the remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).
