Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17305

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever recites: 'May Allah Almighty reward Sayyiduna Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) on our behalf with what he is worthy of'" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then such a person keeps 'seventy' scribes busy for 'a thousand days'."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Hani' bin al-Mutawakkil, who is da'if (weak).
