بَابُ دُعَاءِ الْمَرْءِ لِأَخِيهِ بِظَهْرِ الْغَيْبِ .
A person's supplication for his brother in his absence

وَعَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَسَدِيِّ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " دَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُومِ وَإِنْ كَانَ كَافِرًا لَيْسَ دُونَهَا حِجَابٌ " . وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " دَعْ مَا يَرِيبُكَ إِلَى مَا لَا يَرِيبُكَ " . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَسَدِيُّ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Abu Abdullah al-Asadi relates: I heard Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) relate: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The supplication of the oppressed, even if he is a disbeliever, has no barrier before it." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also said: "Leave what puts you in doubt for what does not put you in doubt."
Imam Ahmad recorded this narration, and I do not know the narrator named Abu Abdullah al-Asadi; the remaining narrators of this narration are the narrators of the Sahih.
