Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17183

Sayyidah Aishah bint Qudamah bin Maz'un (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the evil of the two blind things." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, what are the two blind things?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The flood and the aggressive camel."
Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Uthman al-Hatibi, who is da'if (weak).
(Allamah Haythami says:) I say: in the book on supplications, in the chapter on seeking refuge, some hadiths of this kind will come, and that is their proper place.
