Majma al-Zawaid 1690 — Explanation of the prayer times

Qatadah narrates: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say: Like the appointed time of Hajj, every prayer has an appointed time.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. The narrator Qatadah did not hear from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him). The narrators of this report have been declared trustworthy.
