Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection the scales will be set up. A man will be brought and placed in one pan, and whatever has been counted against him will be placed in the other pan, and that pan (of sins) will become heavier. The man will be sent towards Hell. When he heads that way, a caller from the Most Merciful will call out loudly: 'Do not hasten! Do not hasten! For something remains in his favour.' Then a card will be brought on which La ilaha illallah (none is worthy of worship except Allah) is written. It will be placed with the man in his pan, and his pan (of good deeds) will become heavier."

Tirmidhi recorded this report in abridged form.
Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains Ibn Lahi'ah, whose hadith is hasan (good). The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
