Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 16589

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) states: Four hundred people from the tribe of Daws came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Welcome to people who are the most handsome of people in face, the purest of them in speech and the most trustworthy of them."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Amr bin Salih al-Azdi, who is matruk (abandoned).
