وَعَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ كُلَّ صَلَاةٍ تَحُطُّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهَا مِنْ خَطِيئَةٍ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, every prayer removes the sins that came before it."
Ahmad recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good).
