وَعَنْ رَبَاحِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حُوَيْطِبٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَتْنِي جَدَّتِي : أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ أَبَاهَا : سَعِيدَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَا وُضُوءَ لَهُ ، وَلَا وُضُوءَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى عَلَيْهِ ، وَلَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ مَنْ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِي ، وَلَا يُؤْمِنُ بِي مَنْ لَا يُحِبُّ الْأَنْصَارَ " . قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ خَالِيًا عَنْ ذِكْرِ الْأَنْصَارِ . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ أَبُو ثِفَالٍ الْمُرِّيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Rabah bin Abdul Rahman bin Huwaytib says: My grandmother narrated this hadith to me, that she heard her father, Sayyiduna Sa'id bin Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him), say that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "There is no prayer for the one who has no ablution (wudu); there is no ablution for the one who has not mentioned the name of Allah before it; the one who does not believe in me does not believe in Allah Almighty; and the one who does not love the Ansar does not believe in me."
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah recorded this narration, but without the part about the Ansar.
Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains the narrator Abu Thifal al-Murri, who is da'if (weak).
