وَعَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ فَهُوَ فِي ذِمَّةِ اللَّهِ وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ يَمَانٍ ضَعَّفَهُ الْأَزْدِيُّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ يَمَانٍ ضَعَّفَهُ الْأَزْدِيُّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Abu Malik al-Ashja'i narrates from his father this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever offers the Subh prayer is under the protection of Allah Almighty, and his reckoning rests with Allah Almighty."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains al-Haytham bin Yaman, whom al-Azdi declared da'if (weak); the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
