وَعَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ : تُوُفِّيَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ سَنَةَ ثَلَاثٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ بِالشَّامِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، غَيْرَ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .

Abu Abdullah al-Ash'ari said: Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) passed away in 33 AH in Syria.
