بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ مِنَ الصَّحَابَةِ وَغَيْرِهِمْ ذَكَرَ لَهُمْ أَسْمَاءَهُمْ ، أَوْ وَفَيَاتِهِمْ ، أَوْ أَنْسَابَهُمْ .

وَبِسَنَدِهِ قَالَ : كَانَ يُسَيْرُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَرِّيفًا فِي زَمَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ .
With the same chain, Imam al-Tabarani reported: Sayyiduna Yusayr bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) held the post of "arif" (i.e. a government office) in the time of al-Hajjaj.
