Sayyiduna Sa'id bin Tamim (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked me: "Where are your children?" I said: "Here they are, there they are." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Bring them to me!" The narrator says: I went to my wife, dressed the children in white clothes, then brought them, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! I seek Your refuge for them from disbelief, misguidance and poverty, which afflict the children of Adam."
Tabarani recorded it; its chain is hasan (good).
