وَعَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ : وَكَانَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ مِمَّنْ شَهِدَ الْفَتْحَ مَعَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ مُنْقَطِعٌ .
Yazid bin Abi Habib states: Sayyiduna Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) is one of those who took part in the conquest (of Egypt) along with Sayyiduna Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him).
