Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 15639

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The example of Bilal is like that of the honeybee: it goes out and eats from the sweet and the bitter (that is, every kind of thing), yet all of it then turns sweet."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain is hasan (good).
