Majma al-Zawaid 15533 — The knowledge of Abdullah bin Abbas
وَعَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَيَّامَ مِنَى طَوِيلُ الشَّعْرِ ، عَلَيْهِ إِزَارٌ فِيهِ بَعْضُ الْإِسْبَالِ ، وَعَلَيْهِ رِدَاءٌ أَصْفَرُ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
Abu Ishaq narrates: I saw Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) at Mina; his hair was long, he was wearing a lower garment (izar) that hung down somewhat, and he had a yellow cloak over him.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration, and its chain is hasan (good).
