بَابُ مَنَاقِبِ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ وَوَلَدِهَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَوَالِدِهِ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ -

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : أَرَادَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ أُمَّ سُلَيْمٍ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِنَّ طَلَاقَ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ لَحُوبٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Sayyiduna Abu Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) intended to divorce Sayyidah Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Divorcing Umm Sulaym is a sinful act."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains Ali bin Asim, who is da'if (weak), though he has been declared trustworthy; the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
