عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ قَالَ : سَبَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - جُوَيْرِيَةَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ أَبِي ضِرَارٍ مِنْ بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ مِنْ خُزَاعَةَ ، فِي غَزْوَتِهِ الَّتِي هَدَمَ فِيهَا مَنَاةَ ، غَزْوَةِ الْمُرَيْسِيعِ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Sahl bin Hunayf (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: On the occasion of the expedition of Banu al-Mustaliq, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) took Sayyidah Juwayriyah (may Allah be pleased with her) bint al-Harith bin Abi Dirar captive among the captives of Banu al-Mustaliq, a branch of the tribe of Khuza'ah. This is the expedition in which Manat was demolished, and it is called the expedition of al-Muraysi'.
At-Tabarani recorded it from his teacher al-Qasim bin Abdullah bin Mahdi, who is da'if (weak), though he has also been declared trustworthy; the rest of the narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
