Book of Virtues
بَابٌ فِيمَا اشْتَرَكَ فِيهِ الْحَسَنُ وَالْحُسَيْنُ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا - مِنَ الْفَضْلِ .

وَعَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " الْحَسَنُ وَالْحُسَيْنُ سَيِّدَا شَبَابِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .

Sayyiduna Imam Husayn bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Hasan and Husayn are the leaders of the youth of the people of Paradise."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain contains narrators whom I do not know.
