عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَمَعَهُ الْحَسَنُ وَالْحُسَيْنُ - عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ - هَذَا عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ ، وَهَذَا عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ ، يَلْثِمُ هَذَا مَرَّةً وَهَذَا مَرَّةً ، حَتَّى انْتَهَى إِلَيْنَا ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنَّكَ لَتُحِبُّهُمَا ؟ قَالَ : " مَنْ أَحَبَّهُمَا فَقَدْ أَحَبَّنِي ، وَمَنْ أَبْغَضَهُمَا فَقَدْ أَبْغَضَنِي " .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ بِاخْتِصَارٍ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ ، وَفِي بَعْضِهِمْ خِلَافٌ ، وَرَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ بِاخْتِصَارٍ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ ، وَفِي بَعْضِهِمْ خِلَافٌ ، وَرَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out to us, and with him were Sayyiduna Imam Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Imam Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him), one on one of his shoulders and the other on his other shoulder. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would kiss one of them at one time and the other at another, until he reached us. A man said: "O Messenger of Allah, do you love them both?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever loves these two loves me, and whoever hates these two hates me." (Allamah Haythami says:) I say: Ibn Majah recorded this narration in abridged form.
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy), though there is disagreement about some of its narrators. Al-Bazzar recorded it.
