Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 1503

Sayyiduna al-Hakam bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When one of you takes the ritual bath (ghusl) and then something emerges from his private part, he should perform ablution (wudu)."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Baqiyyah bin al-Walid, who is a mudallis (one who conceals defects in the chain), and he narrated it with "'an'anah" (using "from").
