وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : خُيِّرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بَيْنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ، فَاخْتَارَ الْآخِرَةَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was given a choice between this world and the Hereafter, and he chose the Hereafter.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration, and its chain is hasan (good).
