وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : كَانَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَرْبَعُ ضَفَائِرَ فِي رَأْسِهِ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to have four braids in the hair of his head.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
