It is reported about Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was asked about the Seal of Prophethood of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) which was between his two shoulders. Pointing with his index finger, he said: Like this, some flesh which was raised between the two shoulders.
Imam Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abdullah bin Maysarah, whom Ibn Hibban declared thiqah (trustworthy) and the majority called da'if (weak); the remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
