وَعَنْ أَبِي قِرْصَافَةَ قَالَ : لَمَّا بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَا وَأُمِّي وَخَالَتِي وَرَجَعْنَا مِنْ عِنْدِهِ مُنْصَرِفِينَ قَالَتْ لِي أُمِّي وَخَالَتِي : يَا بُنَيَّ مَا رَأَيْنَا مِثْلَ هَذَا الرَّجُلِ أَحْسَنَ مِنْهُ وَجْهًا ، وَلَا أَنْقَى ثَوْبًا ، وَلَا أَلْيَنَ كَلَامًا ، وَرَأَيْنَا كَأَنَّ النُّورَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ فِيهِ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
Sayyiduna Abu Qirsafah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When we pledged allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) - I, my mother and my maternal aunt pledged allegiance - and we came back from him, my mother and my maternal aunt said to me: O my son! We have never seen anyone like this man, anyone more beautiful of face than him, or wearing cleaner clothes than him, or softer in speech than him; we saw as though light was coming out of his mouth.
