Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 12443

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The nights and days will not come to an end until the most fortunate person in the world is one who is a fool and the child of a fool."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for al-Walid bin Abd al-Malik bin Musarrih, whose case is different, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
