Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 12275

Alqamah bin Abi Alqamah reports an incident from his brother, in which he mentioned this. He said: I heard Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) say: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever points a sharp weapon at any Muslim intending to kill him, his (the one who points it) blood becomes forfeit."
Ahmad recorded it; I do not know the brother of Alqamah, and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
